05 Why you can trust us
Rewards involve your money, your time and your details. We treat all three seriously, and none of what follows is optional for us.
We never sell your personal data, and we never hand it to anyone for their own marketing. Brands see what they need to honour your reward, not your life story.
The terms of an offer are fixed the moment it's published. They can't be quietly changed after you've claimed it.
Age limits are real, not a checkbox. Anything adults-only stays out of reach, and younger members can only be messaged by people they've approved.
Quiet hours are on by default. We don't repeat ourselves, we don't nag, and only something genuinely urgent will interrupt you.
Every reward you earn or spend is written down and shown to you, so you can always check what happened and when.
Each code works once and expires quickly. That protects the store honouring it and the value of what you're holding.

06 How it works
No cards to carry, no forms to fill in, nothing to print.
STEP 01
They decide what it is, who it's for, where it can be used and how long it lasts, and everyone can see those terms up front, including the shop that will hand it over.
STEP 02
If it's meant for you, it appears in your app. Tap once and it's yours, sitting in your wallet with everything else, until you use it or it runs out.
STEP 03
Show your code at the counter. It's checked in a second, marked as used, and both you and the shop have the same record of it. Done.

08 Legal & your choices
Everything we ask you to agree to is written down, dated and numbered. If we change it, we don't quietly carry your old answer forward. We ask you again.
What we collect, why we need it, who ever sees it, how long we keep it, and how to get a copy or have it deleted.
